It is 75.00 and 20.00 for a student. So that means two things:

1. We need to fix the doc (Michael you can actually do that)
2. We need to define student. Michael would you like to take a stab at a
motion that does that?

As a note we should push this back to -board, I just pushed off because
of the attachment size.
