Description: ODBC Driver 08030200 Hangs Excel
Details:

Using the 08030200 ODBC PostgreSQL driver with MS-Excel (2003) it freezes
Excel after importing a database query. Downgrading to 08030100 fixes the
hang and seems to work fine.
