[pgus-board] Modifying mission statement

I would like to modify the mission to:

Current:

* Continue the PostgreSQL Community Conference series including West,
East and PGDays at OSCON and LWE.

New:

* Continue the support of the PostgreSQL Community Conference Series
including West, East and PGDays at OSCON and LWE.
