I found the solution:
Normal export.
Normal upgrade procedure.
su - postgres
# Upgrade tsearch2
# http://www.sai.msu.su/~megera/postgres/gist/tsearch/V2/docs/tsearch-V2-intro.html
createdb wikidb
psql wikidb < /usr/share/pgsql/contrib/tsearch2.sql
psql < pg_dumpall.sql postgres
